DESCRIPTION

This 1979 Ford Bronco was restored and work included installing a 514ci stroker V8 with Trick Flow cylinder heads, a Holley carburetor, a Concept One pulley system, and custom-fabricated headers. The body was removed from the frame, the frame was refinished, and the exterior was repainted brown with contrasting stripes. The truck rides on 17″ American Racing wheels mounted with 35″ BFGoodrich tires as well as a lifted suspension with Bilstein shocks over four-wheel Wilwood disc brakes. The interior was reupholstered in brown leather and features Dakota Digital gauges, a Vintage Air climate control system, and a refreshed Philco radio.

During the build, the body has been removed from the frame, the grille, bumpers, door handles, side mirrors, and exterior lights were replaced, and the truck was repainted brown with orange, tan, and cream stripes. Equipment includes a receiver hitch, a white removable hardtop, and a power-operated rear window.

Eight-hole 17″ American Racing aluminum wheels are mounted with 35×12.5″ BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 tires. Stopping power is provided by Wilwood power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes paired with an E-Stopp electric parking brake system, and replacement brake and fuel lines were installed during the build. The truck rides on a lifted suspension with dual Bilstein front shocks and also features power steering and locking front hubs.

The seating surfaces are trimmed in brown leather upholstery and are complemented by a color-coordinated dashboard, door panels, and center console as well as a microsuede headliner. Sound-deadening material was applied to the floors, roof, and interior side panels under replacement carpeting. Amenities include Vintage Air conditioning, reconditioned seatbelts, and a Philco AM/FM stereo that was reportedly refreshed with 300-watt amplifier capabilities.

The steering wheel frames a Dakota Digital instrument cluster. The digital odometer shows 11 miles.

The seller tells us the 460ci V8 was installed in 2026 and was stroked to 514ci with a reported dyno output of 617 horsepower. Additional features are noted to include aluminum Trick Flow cylinder heads, a Holley carburetor, a Concept One pulley system, custom-fabricated headers, an American Autowire wiring harness, and a Cold Case aluminum radiator.

Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a SelectShift three-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Panhandle Driveline driveshafts were utilized and the frame was refinished during the build.
